Is my friend lesbian and does she like me?

We've been best friends for almost 3 years and only recently she started to get weird. She was always prude and never talked about guys at all. Then around April I noticed her staring at me. I would always look up and she'd be staring. Then a few weeks later she would get closer to me and find excuses to be near me. When we had a fight she cried over the stupidest thing and said she couldn't imagine losing a person like me because i changed her life and they she never wants to lose me. However recently we had a sleepover. She came over and started to touch my sweater and say how beautiful I looked in it. Then when she was looking at a ring on my finger she put it on her's in a sex like motion and grabbed my hand and started to rub it. I pulled away and asked her what she was doing but she just said sorry and tried holding my hand again until I had to tell her no. Later that night we were dancing around all hyper and she came up to me and stared grinding on me. This was weird because she never dances like this. I kinda backed away to say 'hey stop.' and she just moved with me and kept trying to rub her a$$ in my vag until I just told her maybe we should do something else. It was so uncomfortable. Later that night I found pics on my camera turns out whenever I got up she would take my camera and take pictures of my a$$. She is always calling me beautiful, caring and a one of a kind person; and now she's starting to subliminally touch me. She always asks everyone where I am when she doesn't know it and it's really starting to freak me out. All my other friends notice it too and joke that she has a lesbian crush on me. I asked my parents what I should do but it's no help. What do I say to her? How do I bring it up that she makes me uncomfortable? I really just don't know what to do.
