Theres this guy i like A LOT he said he likes me too but i cant be sure?

He has dated other girls even after I told him I like him. He talks about them when Im right there and then looks at me to see my reaction its really frustrating. Dont just comment and say get over him cuz ive tried that and it doesnt work. I think hes the one for me. I have never been kissed and i have only had one bf. He is kinda into the physical stuff and Since i dont flirt like a slut i think he thinks im prude. Im not gonna have sex for awhile but im not prude!! I even told him that...... plz help me..i feel like im in love with him and sometimes i regret falling for him........
