RELIC watch, battery or wind up?

I have a Relic analog watch and it stopped working a few years ago and ever since I have been trying to figure out if it needs a battery change or if it was just as simple as it being a wind up watch. I have tried winding it and seeing if it helps, but so far nothing..... Now I am not sure I was doing it right either so..... help!
