Have Conservatives been stereotyped as prudes and how else have they been stereotyped?

I guess I'm a prude because I'm waiting for marriage to get intimate apart from kissing and hugging but that's my choice. I know many conservatives that believe pre-marital sex is fair game. Myself, I'm usually too busy for a girlfriend anyway. With school and my job it's too difficult.
