What does the the conceptional frame work mean?

can you PLEASE explain the conceptional frame AS easy as possible... I've ready them on and still confused. Also i need help with the subjective frame (does it get narrowed down to subjective, post modern, structural, cultural?) What do these all mean..... What are the characteristics of the subjective frame? I have an exam today and need Help!
