Regarding the movie "The Ten Commandments"?

I've heard that some relics from the filming of "The Ten Commandments" can still be seen in the California desert. Does anyone have any information about that? I'm specifically thinking of the large lion figures made for the exodus scene. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks....
