My boyfriend scares me?

To start this off, I am a 15 year old female, my boyfriend is 17. We've been together for 9 months. A few days ago, we were at my house. My parents weren't home, so we were alone. We were laying on my bed, and he suddenly started kissing me. Of course, I kissed him back. So after around 5 minutes of just making out, he started trying to slide his hand underneath my shirt. I pulled away and told him to stop. He said okay, and we continued to kiss. Then he started kissing my neck, which I didn't mind, but while doing so, he started trying to unbutton my pants. Once again, I told him to stop, but this time he refused. He told me not to be such a 'prude', and I said "I'm not being a prude. I said stop, so stop." This apparently made him angry, because he forced my hands above my head and held them there while his other hand was unbuttoning my pants. At this point, I was freaking out, and I was trying to kick him off, but I couldn't. I yelled for him to stop, but he just said "I love you, and I want this. I want you. I know you want me to." I told him I wasn't ready to have sex yet, and that he needed to get off of me. He started trying to slip his hand into my underwear. At this point I was on the verge of crying, and I was begging him not to touch me, but he wasn't listening. I finally managed to get my hands lose, and I shoved him off before he could actually do anything. He tried to climb back on top of me, but I told him to leave. At first he hesitated to leave, but then I told him I was going to call the police if he didn't. THAT made him leave in a heartbeat. I haven't talked to him since, and I don't really ever want to talk to him again. I'm afraid to break up with him, and I don't really want to get the cops involved. I don't know what to do, so I was hoping someone here could help me. :/
