Me and my friend like the same guy . A lot!?

Okay, so one of my best friends, let's call her Erin, told me on Monday she likes the same guy I like who I've been in love with for 3 years. Were on a church trip, and this guys here, and he was in my group with me when we did mission work, and he talked to me a lot, and like stared at me and a lot of people think he likes me, and he told one o his friends that he likes a girl on this trip, and it's pretty much between like me and 2 or 3 other girls.(9 girls in total 3 are fugly, ones super prude, and the others girls arent his type.) but tub tonight one of the fugly girls who is so annoying and bratty likes him too, but she doesn't have a chance and I don't Care if I piss her off. But my other friend I do, and I don't wanna ruin my friends ship, but I REALLLLLYYY like this guy! Please help!
