Is this an appropriate time to do this?

Shy girls usually like it when the guy can make a move like that because they know they don't have the guts to make a move. But don't do anything to mess with her mind because shy girls are insecure and it really hurts them when you mess with them. But you'll know then the time to make a move is right. Or who knows maybe she will. Don't count everything on that though.
