I need help... with my crush!?

i have known this girl for a long time (im in 8th grade) and we have been good friends for all that time and i asked her out at the beginning of this year and she said she really likes me but she feels to young for a bf but she told me to wait for her and now she said maybe in the summer shell say yes so i was wondering how would i ask her out again.... and she is kinda prude so how would i kiss her/make outut with her? is it possible for that kind of stuff to just happen without planning? cuz thats what she wants
