Boeing is a company not a union. unions are for the workers not the companies. before unions companies could work you seven days a week, 24 hours a day, if they wanted to. if you complained they could fire you for no reason. there were no medical benefits, no vacations, not maternity leave, no safety rules or equipment. get the picture. men had to form unions to get workers rights and benefits. right now the conservatives set up this economic depression to try to break the back of the workers unions. to make you work cheap and have no rights or benefits. get the picture. men died fighting for the right to decent hours, wages, job security, and benefits. the companies hired thugs to beat and shoot them. this was not that long ago. read about the history of the early 1900's
